What’s involved?
eLearning commitment approximately 4 hours.
Over 4 dives you will learn the basic search patterns of search and recovery diving in varied diving environments.
You will learn how to rig lift bags with 3 different knots suitable for securing heavy items. You will also learn how to triangulate locations and navigate dive sites.
Who is it for?
This is a great dive course for those who like to gain practical skills and might need to use them for real life situations such as looking for something fallen from a boat. Also a great course for divers who are intending to become divemasters and instructors.
- Prerequisites: 12 years old, (Junior or regular) Open Water with Navigation Adventure or (Junior or regular) Advanced Open Water .
How long does it take?
The online study should be done at home before the course and the 4 dives will take 2 half days with an hour briefing and debriefing session each side of the dives.

- Number of dives: 4 tanks in Cabo San Lucas.
